DS:London will be hosting a charity event in aid if Children in Need. We had a blast doing the last Red Nose Day one back in March (check the photos)...so here we are doing another! We are going to try and achieve two things from this, raise a bunch of cash...and a have a larf doing it! The event will take place on Saturday 17th November at the The Gallery Bar, ULU from 3pm till late. Registration on the day be between 3pm and 4pm. We are aiming to to hit between 50-100 gamers on the day and raise at least £300.

As before we are going to project most of the tournaments on a screen so that everyone can participate in the action, shouting and screaming is whole hartedly recommeneded! The Gallery Bar, will be privately hired out for this event and is a very nice place to area with plenty of seating (including sofa's!) along with being a union bar (cheap beer - wahoo!). Please note that the venue is a bar and so there may be an over 18's policy. Sorry kids.

There will be 4 main tournaments organised on the day:

• Tetris
• Super Mario Kart
• Bomberman
• Nintendo Iron(wo)man Tournament

To enter the tourneys you will require to donate £2 per tourney entry or £5 for entry to all 4 tourneys. If you choose not to enter any of the tourneys (which is fine!!!) then an entry donation of £1 (or however much) would be nice! Ofcourse depending on demand, we might just host a whole bunch of other tourneys.
